The refurbishment of an old villa in the territory of Forte dei Marmi was carried out using the colours and brightness of light revealing its best face and power in the summer sunshine.
With its 250-square-meter surface it was meant to accommodate and welcome people to enjoy summer vacation on this famous seaside resort at the territory of Versilia.
There are plenty of rooms with exclusive services and facilities at the upper floors, while at the ground floor, besides some more rooms, we can discover the most convivial part of the residence with the kitchen, the salon which is open both at the front and the back with ample sliding glass doors making the “outdoor part” available, creating warm and welcoming atmosphere for hot summer nights, dinner events or informal moments as well.
